Overview[]

Bodyguard, a reward from beating OG Bone's saga, is an extremely underrated talent that will help you in many ways. To start this off, it has a total damage output of whopping 220K Physical damage that can be dealt twice to the enemy randomly, essentially making it a worse Soul Drag. This can cause the enemies to think twice before attacking your base in wars because one of their monsters can end up dead because of it. This is not all, since it has a secondary effect: Mega-Taunt. This is very effective when paired up with a Area-Dodge monsters like Slumster as they can't be hit by AoE attacks and can protect their team effectively, creating a huge annoyance for the enemy team. Overall, a fantastic talent that deserved its spot on S.

Pros:

  • Can deal up to 440K Physical Damage
  • Activates when the life of Any Ally is below 50%
  • Can apply a 3-Turn Mega Taunt TWICE

Cons:

  • Damage dealt is to random enemies
  • Damage might miss if the enemies are dead

Recommended Monsters[]

  • Any monster with great sustainability like The Frutastor can work well with this talent.
  • Dodge Area monsters like Slumster and Firecatcher work surprisingly well with this talent, because they can only be hit by single target attacks, meaning with their trait they can effectively dodge AoEs unharmed. This goes especially well with Slumster, who can also cast Evasion on himself.
