Dark VoltaiK doesn't know he's a supervillain. He thinks that the power boost that he's obtained thanks to corruption has brought him back as everyone's favorite hero... but he's wrong. Someone so focused on his own glory will never be able to put the protection of the innocent first.

Overview[]
The ET Lord has returned but this time he's going through an edgy phase. Just like his old self, Dark VoltaiK is real trouble in the battlefield. He can spam for however long he wants until he runs out of stamina, which thanks to the existence of Adrenaline Injector he barely does, even if his stamina costs are high. His stats are incredible for his role, having the fourth highest metro power stat and a great speed stat which is actually close to the highest for a metro attacker, just beaten out by Beambot who has a blazing 7,568. But what makes him really deadly is his damage output which is insanely high for an ET attacker, so much so that he can almost kill anything by himself if he's not stopped. Then comes the cherry on top which is his SC: Dodge Area, making him very hard to touch for his first few turns and near invincible if combined with Taunt. Overall this Edge Lord VoltaiK can easily remind you of the old days.

Recommended Allies[]
- Slumster is a great ally for VoltaiK, as he also has Dodge Area, and can give Evasion + PEP to an MT monster, which can allow VoltaiK to infinitely chain not worrying about his own life.
- MT's like Pangoliath and Maremotus (who also has the Taunt trait) are great monsters to use for absorbing any attacks from anticipation monsters.
- Of course, with the godly SC: DA, taunt monsters such as Mojadrak, Dark-uma, and Scintherus are great allies for him.
- Chi Ao Loong and Shadowyna are amazing allies for him, as they can PER and TD everyone with Smite, opening the path for Volt to kill the enemy team without any problems.
- Ahma Niah and Shadowyna are the best allies for Dark VoltaiK. They both also have Dodge Area to synergize with Taunt monsters and the ability to give extra turns. Ahma Niah has an Area Stamina Regeneration SC and the ability to give him Damage Boost, while Shadowyna can use PER + TD to counter Anticipation monsters.
Counters[]
- Anticipation monsters like Galvanus and Posidonia can beat this corrupted former superhero to a certain extent, with a special mention going to Galvanus, who is able to apply Anticipation to all allies.
- Static Shock, Seven Sins and Demonic Pact are great talents to use against him.
- Teddywave has Pierce and can PER his DA, apply Electrified to prevent DV from reapplying DA and Shock to prevent Extra Turns.
- Despite having the elemental disadvantage, King Atum will pose a decent threat to him, having both Mega Taunt and 50% Damage Mirror as a trait. Usually ends in Dark VoltaiK’s favor however.
- Strong Light attackers like Elvira Demonslayer will obliterate Dark VoltaiK. Serpentex and Cherub Cupid also have Pierce to bypass his Dodge Area.
