Fulmen's Shield is that one relic that nobody cares about and nobody actually uses. When any of your allies are Controlled, they get a 31k Armor. Oh, and this has three uses, meaning that your entire team can technially have 31,000 more Life. This makes Fulmen's Shield a rare instance of a Shield helping your entire team. However, this Shield requires your monsters to be under a Control status effect. In addition, it's also very outclassed.
