General Thetys expelled Hydratila from her army when he confronted her about a strategy decision. Battling was Hydratila's life, so he felt that he had been left with nothing. He rebelled against the Water army, but he was defeated. Now he's back, stronger and with a new weapon!
Overview
Hydratila the Boltcaster is the Thunder version of Hydratila. Boltcaster mainly specializes in Dazing his enemies, unlike his other versions which mainly specialize in control effects. He is very good to use against General Thetys, as Boltcaster has Freeze Immunity and Super Attuned, which can counter Thetys' Freeze skills and Stamina Devourers very well, as he can gain nearly half his total Stamina when affected by Water-type moves. Heck, since he outspeeds her, Hydratila can use Team Stamina Regen or Freeze Immunity to save your team. He also has hard-hitting Thunder-based skills, with a decent Power stat to complement it. Overall, he is an old, yet really solid Nemesis monster.
Pros:

- Good damage output
- 3 of his moves has cost no stamina and have no cooldown, so they're easily spammable and they counter both CDA and Stamina Drain.
- Has a Secondary move-type coverage (Water)
- Can apply Stamina Regen and Freeze Immunity to all allies
- Low stamina costs

- Trait is kinda mediocre compared to other Nemesis monsters' Traits.

Counters
- Boltcaster can immobilize his enemies well while applying positive effects to his team, which doesn’t make him easy to counter. Despite this, hard-hitting Earth attackers (if they manage to survive) can make quick work of Boltcaster despite his decent Life stat. Good examples of this include the Warthak variants and Hydratila's Earth variant (Hydratila the Riftmaker).
