Mr Cymbals (By: TonytheMyth but it's in the game, just not as a monster)

Rarity: Mythic

Element: Light

Books: Good Legions, Exclusive, Elite, Families

Long Description: It was nearing the end of one of Punchie's circus events and he was about to pull off his signature move, "Introducing, Mr Cymbals!" Dr Wattz hates circuses and was forced to visit them after losing a bet to Zorky. He was booing and threw apples and such at the performers and didn't notice something. He threw a piece of Mythic Amber right at the toy monkey. A blinding light was created and lasted for a couple minutes but when it died down, something extraordinary happened. Mr Cymbals had grew to about the size of Punchie and had a look of sadness in his face. It then ran out of the circus and everyone stood in shock. Mr Cymbals wrecked everything in his path and ran to a deserted jungle. There, was when he realised he had emotions. He decided to never come back to a circus and work with the forces of good to try and stop Punchie from bombing or hammering another victim. He decided to become solo, learning how to use his agile ability and cymbals. After years of self-training, Uriel noticed how hard Mr Cymbals had been working and decided to give him a special ability to use with his cymbals. Every time he needed help, he could hit them 10 times and the power of Uriel would empower Mr Cymbals in such a pure and divine way. Now, Mr Cymbals has united with the Good Legions and always has Uriel watching over him on the battlefield, making sure it goes in their favour. Dr Wattz is trying to find Mr Cymbals to experiment on it but he hasn't been so lucky. Oh yeah, and about Punchie? Lets just say... he doesn't do circuses anymore.

Short Description: After getting Mythic Amber thrown at by Dr Wattz in one of Punchie's circus events, Mr Cymbals, transformed into something living and ran to a jungle, where he found out that he had emotions. He never came to a circus again and spent years learning how to use his abilities, which caught the eyes of Uriel. Uriel gave Mr Cymbals the ability to hit his cymbals 10 times whenever in danger, and Uriel would empower him. Mr Cymbals is part of the Good Legions now and has Uriel watching over him. And lets just say Punchie doesn't do circuses anymore.

Dielab (Epikart)

Dielab's was a tragic tale. He was born to the forbidden love between a Dark and a Light monster, and therefore left orphaned to fend for himself when the parents were caught by Necromancer and Elvira in their treason and sentenced for execution. No one wanted anything to do with a child born out of treason, either, so he was alone to fend for himself. As if this wasn't enough, he then found himself tricked by many who pretended to pity him, losing the little he had left to the cruel hearts of monsters like Baltasar, Mr. Flaky, and Lighterium. The last straw for him, however, was when he found himself enslaved in the night and impersonated by a horrid shapeshifting entity named Morgz, who taunted Dielab with its superior abilities and left to make him seem as heartless as other monsters perceived him. Once he was alone, Dielab decided then he was finally done letting life beat him down. He violently escaped Morgz' underground prison and fashioned armor and a weapon out of rock and bones with a plan for revenge. Unbeknownst to him, the stone that made his chestplate contained a chunk of Mythic Amber, which transformed it into a legendary suit and a replica of Death's own scythe. Now Dielab has regained hs traction, and at last found a purpose in life; to stop Morgz' wrongdoings and redeem himself in the eyes of the Light and Dark armies.

Saru(TheAmbition pls add me on discord)

Obtained through the special event, New World.

Element: Magic

Role: Attacker

Description:

The Lady Saru was born many centuries ago to House Escye, an old and powerful family of Crea, and swiftly learned the power of beauty to influence the weak. When she came of age, she plotted to marry the heir of House Adrua to increase her house's power. The match was opposed by many within Adrua, but Saru beguiled her intended husband and manipulated her enemies to secure a marriage.

Eventually, his anger grew ever more dangerously until one night over a typical dinner, he revealed he had infected her wine with distorting poison. He offered his terms; withdraw from society and stay out of his way as he took up the controls of power and he would give her the antidote. Refuse, and he would watch her die slowly and painfully. With every breath the poison did its evil work, dissolving her flesh and bone from the inside out. Believing he would have the antidote somewhere about his person, Saru palmed a sharp knife and played the role of repentant wife to the end. She wept and begged her husband to forgive her, using every trick in her arsenal to approach without alerting him to her deadly intent. All the while, the poison was wracking her body, discoloring her flesh with grotesque wounds and filling her limbs with agony.

When Saru reached her husband, he realized - too late - just how badly he had underestimated her scorn. She leaped upon him and rammed the knife through his heart, twisting the blade slowly as she watched him die. Saru found and drank the antidote, but the damage was done. Her face was monstrously disfigured with grotesque weals and necrotic flesh, like a corpse given hideous animation.

Saru was now mistress of House Adrua, and such was the nature of Crean politics that she was admired for cutting a weakness from the empire. Yet so entwined were her particular notions of beauty and power that she retreated from public life and took to wearing a face-covering veil. Avoiding daylight, and turning away all allies and petitioners from her door, her once-powerful house began a slow descent into vagueness. Saru roamed the empty halls of her palace in isolation and became an inhabitant of darkness, only ever venturing beyond its high walls at night.

On one of her midnight wanderings, Saru was approached by another veiled woman, who pressed a pale sigil of a Black Rose into her palm and whispered that the Black Rose would greatly value her talents. Saru pressed on, but as she walked away, the woman's voice echoed after her with the promise of being made whole again. However absurd she told herself it was, vanity and the hope of her beauty being renewed drove Saru to investigate further. She prowled the streets for weeks until she saw the Black Rose sigil again, etched onto a shadowed archway leading into the catacombs beneath Crea.

Following the hidden sigils brought her to the Black Rose, a secret society where those who tinkered in the darker powers of magic shared hidden knowledge and secrets. Saru became a regular visitor, going unveiled among its members and swiftly establishing a close harmony with the woman, an agelessly beautiful individual of great power. Saru embraced the society's ways, but always sought the gift she had been promised; her beauty made whole again.

The woman spoke of a haunted place known as the Fumix Island and a serpent-bladed weapon belonging to one of her assistants who had been slain in the lair of a ravening spider god. The dagger was imbued with powerful magic, and if it was returned to her, then she would use its magic to restore Saru’s beauty. Saru immediately accepted and led a group of Black Rose devotees to the neglected island, knowing there would be a blood price to pay for such a prize.

Saru found a desperate captain willing to support her and her fellow travelers across the ocean. The ship sailed for weeks until a craggy island loomed from bubbling banks of black mist. Saru came ashore on a beach of ashen sand and led her followers deep into the island's haunted depths like lambs to the slaughter. Many were stolen away by spiteful ghosts, but half a dozen remained by the time they reached the web-wreathed lair of the spider god.

A bloated, monstrous creature of fangs erupted from the darkness and feasted on the screaming men and women. As they died or were swept up in streams of the web, Saru saw the dagger - held in the grip of a corpse. She snatched it up as the spider god sank its poisoned fangs into her shoulder. Saru fell forward and the blade pierced her heart, its powerful magic flooding her and mixing with the lethal venom to wreak terrible changes on her body. Saru was transformed as the magically-empowered venom renewed her flesh, transforming it into a form even more beautiful than before. Her scars vanished and her skin became flawless and porcelain smooth, but the god's venom had ambitions of its own. Saru’s back writhed with surging motion as a host of spider’s legs pushed their way from her flesh.

Saru rose, breathless with the agony of her transformation, to find the spider god looming above her. Shared power flowed between them, and both immediately sensed how they might benefit from this unexpected symbiosis. Saru returned to her ship, untroubled by the island's spirits, and set sail for Crea. When her ship arrived at the docks in the dead of night, Saru was the only living thing aboard.

Saru returned the blade to the leader of the Black Rose, though the woman warned that the magic maintaining her restored beauty would eventually fade. The two sealed a pact; the Black Rose would provide Saru with acolytes to offer up to the spider god, and she, in turn, would return any artifacts of power she discovered upon the isles.

Saru once again took up residence in the neglected halls of House Adrua, becoming known as a beautiful yet unreachable hermit. None suspected her true nature, yet imaginative rumors cling to her, wild tales of her immortal beauty and a terrifying creature said to lair high in her deteriorating palace.

Centuries have passed since her first voyage to the Fumix Island, and whenever Saru sees streaks of white in her hair or crow's feet at her eyes, she ventures forth to pick swayed souls from the Black Rose and set sail for the isle of black mists. None who accompanies her ever return, and with each voyage, it is said she is renewed and refreshed, bearing another ancient artifact for the woman.

All it takes him is a little bit of time, and a lot of semantics.

Gylfa(TheAmbition's longest monster description yet)

Obtained through the special event, Chaos Faction.

Element: Magic

Role: Denier/Tank

Description:

Thousands of years ago, the Aegina Empire was a sprawling area of servant states conquered by powerful armies led by the invincible warriors known as the Preanuntius. Ruled by an ambitious and power-hungry emperor, Aegina was the greatest realm of its day; a fertile land blessed by the power of the sun that shone.

The youngest and least-favored son of the emperor, Gylfa was never destined for greatness. With so many siblings ahead of him, he would dream to be the emperor. Most likely he would take up a position in the priest or as governor of some province. He was a thin, thoughtful boy who spent more time perusing the texts collected in the library of Krotos than training to fight under the stern teacher, Nessus.

In the midst of twisting shelves of scrolls, books, and tablets, Gylfa met a young slave boy who visited the library almost every day in search of texts desired by his master. Slaves in Aegina were forbidden to take names, but as the two boys became friends, Gylfa broke that law and called his new friend Tranio. He appointed Tranio- though he was careful never to endanger him by naming him publicly - as his personal slave and the two boys shared their love of history by learning all they could of Aegina’s past and its long legacy of warriors heroes.

While traveling with his father on the yearly tour of the empire, the royal caravan stopped at a well-known oasis for the night. Gylfa and Tranio stole away in the middle of the night to draw the stars and add their own designs for the great library. While they drew the patterns of constellations, the royal caravan was attacked by a band of assassins sent by the emperor's enemies. One of the assassins found the two boys out in the desert and was poised to cut Gylfa’s throat when Tranio intervened, throwing himself upon the assassin's back. In the ensuing melee, Gylfa freed his dagger and plunged it into his attacker’s throat.

Gylfa took up the dead man's sword and rushed back to the oasis, but by the time he returned, the assassins were already defeated. Nessus had protected the emperor and slain the attackers, but Gylfa’s brothers were all dead. Gylfa told his father of Tranio's courage and asked him to reward the boy, but his words fell on deaf ears. In the emperor's eyes, the boy was a slave and beneath his notice, but Gylfa swore that one day he and Tranio would be brothers.

The emperor returned to his capital, with the fifteen-year-old Gylfa now his heir, and unleashed a merciless campaign of bloodshed against those he believed had sent the assassins. Aegina descended into years of paranoia and murder as the emperor took revenge on any he suspected of treason. Though he was now heir to the throne, Gylfa’s life yet hung by a thread. His father hated him - wishing he had died instead of his brothers - and the queen was still young enough to bear sons.

Gylfa trained in combat, for the attack at the oasis had revealed how little he knew of the deadly arts. Nessus took up the task of teaching the growing prince, and under his wing, Gylfa learned to wield sword and spear, to command warriors and flow of battle. The young heir elevated Gylfa, his only trusted advisor, and made him his right-hand man. To better counsel him, Gylfa tasked Tranio with seeking out knowledge wherever he could find it.

Years passed, but the queen was never able to carry a child to term, every infant perishing before it could be born. So long as the queen remained barren, Gylfa’s life was relatively safe. Some around the court believed a curse was at work and a few even whispered the young heir's name in connection with this - though Gylfa claimed innocence and even executed some who dared voice such accusations openly

Eventually, the queen bore a healthy son, but on the night of his birth, a terrible storm engulfed Aegina. The queen's chambers were struck again and again by powerful bolts of lightning, and in the subsequent blaze, both the queen and her newborn son were killed. It was said his father went mad with grief and took his own life upon hearing the news, but tales soon spread of how he and his guards had been found lying in pieces on the palace floor, their bodies little more than charred skeletons.

Gylfa was shocked by their deaths, but the empire needed a leader, and with Tranio at his side, he took control of Aegina as its emperor. Over the next decade, he expanded Aegina’s borders and ruled with a harsh hand. He instituted reforms to better the lives of slaves and privately developed a plan to overturn millennia of tradition and eventually free them all. He kept his plans secret, even from Tranio, and the issue of slavery would prove to be a continual bone of contention between them. The empire had been built on the back of slavery, and many of the great noble houses depended on enforced labor for their vast wealth and power. Such firm systems could not be overturned overnight, and Gylfa’s plans would be undone were they to become common knowledge. Despite Gylfa’s desire to name Tranio his brother, he could not do so until all Aegina’s slaves were free.

Through these years, Tranio protected Gylfa from his political rivals and guided the expansion of the empire. Gylfa is married and has numerous children. Tranio stoked the emperor's grand vision of an empire greater than any the world had ever known. But to stand as ruler over the entire world, Tranio convinced Gylfa that he would need to be all but invincible, a god amongst men.

Then one night, when Gylfa was asleep, an invasion happened so quickly, that nobody was able to comprehend. Gylfa, Tranio, and his men fought bravely against the invasion. But they aren’t powerful enough to defend against the invasion. Its people burned to ashes and its towering palaces fell to ruins as the desert rose up and swallowed the city. All that remained of the empire were the ruins and the scream of people brought by the wind.

Gylfa saw none of this. For him, all was nothingness. His last memories were of pain and fire; he knew nothing of what happened to him atop the temple, nor what became of his empire. He remained lost in timeless oblivion until, thousands of years after Aegina’s doom, the blood of his last descendant spilled onto the temple ruins and resurrected him. Gylfa was reborn, but as yet incomplete; his body little more than animate dust form held together by the last remains of his past.

Gradually resuming his physical form, Gylfa stumbled through the ruins and came across the corpse of a woman with a knife wound in her back. He did not know her but saw in her features the distant echo of his bloodline. All thoughts of empires and power were forgotten as he lifted this daughter of Aegina and carried her to what had once been the oasis. The oasis was empty and dry, but with every step, Gylfa took, clear water began filling the rocky basin. Gylfa immersed the woman's body in the waters of the oasis and as the blood washed away, only a faint scar remained where the blade had pierced her.

And with that act of selflessness, Gylfa was lifted up in a column of fire as the magic of Aegina renewed him, remaking him as the emperor he was meant to become. The sun's immortal radiance poured into him and granting him the power to command the terrain itself. Gylfa lifted his arms and his ruined city shrugged off the dust of centuries spent beneath the desert to rise again.

Gylfa sensed Tranio somewhere outside in the world and summoned an army of sand warriors to march alongside their emperor. As the sun blazed above him, Gylfa swore a mighty oath.

I will reclaim my lands and take back what was mine!

Cyran(TheAmbiton is back, again)

Obtained through the special event, Ascendancy Primacy.

Element: Light

Role: Attack

Description: Cyran did not belong on Mount Exde. A group of Sunforge hunters discovered him wrapped between her parents—strangers to this land. The hunters brought him to their temple, dedicated him, and raised him as a member of the Tribes of the Lost Phoenix, known to many as the Syndicate.

Like all of the Sunforge faith, he endured harsh physical and religious training. However, unlike others, Cyran was determined to understand why the Sunforge act the way they do, and the reasoning behind their beliefs. He spent his evenings tunneling through the libraries, devouring texts with only pale moonlight to read by. Ironically, this pursuit provided more questions than answers, and his teachers’ replies did little to satisfy his curious mind.

When Cyran began to notice books had whole chapters torn from them, and all references to the outside world seemed missing, the teachers assigned harsh punishments, intending to exhaust him into devotion. Likewise, his fellow followers distanced themselves from him and his questioning.

There was one shining beacon in these years of confused, frustrated isolation: Arasne. The most devout of Cyran peers, they often found themselves in vehement debates. Though one never swayed the other in their long and frequent conversations, they developed a close friendship.

Then, one glorious night, Cyran discovered a hidden alcove deep within the mountain. Moonlight spilled against its walls, revealing imagery of the sun, of soldiers armored in gold alongside silver-clad warriors, and matching imagery of the moon, atop Exde’s greatest peak. Delighted, Cyran raced to share his finding to Arasne—the Sunforge had an alliance after all.

Arasne did not react with joy.

She urged Cyran to remove this sin from her mind entirely, warning of the punishments that may befall him if he were to voice such thoughts to others. Cyran had never seen her serious friend quite so grave.

Frustration chewed at her. He had reached the end of the Sunforge’s knowledge, yet not even Arasne would take this new discovery into account. What was the Sunforge hiding? Increasingly, Cyran felt certain there was only one place he could go for answers: the top of Mount Exde.

The climb tested him in every way imaginable, and time seemed to stand still as he scaled the peak. To survive, he focused his thoughts on his lone companion, and the answers that would make the Sunforge better, more whole.

The summit greeted him with the brightest, fullest moon he’d ever seen. After a rapturous moment, a pillar of moonlight slammed into him and he felt a presence taking hold of him, sharing glimpses of the past, and of another Syndicate faith called the Vicarious. Cyran realized this presence could only be one of the legendary prophecy...and he had been chosen as its host.

When the light dissipated, his mind was again his own. Cyran found himself clad in armor, holding a scalpel blade, and hair once dark hair now gleaming silver. He turned to find he was not alone—Arasne stood at his side, similarly decked in shining, golden battle armor, and a sword in her hands.

Cyran was overjoyed to share in this moment with her friend, but Arasne thought only of returning to the Sunforge. Cyran begged her not to, desperate that they face this new future together. But Arasne refused, and their disagreement quickly turned into a colossal battle, erupting with moonlight and sunfire.

Fearful of losing himself to the Sunforge’s power, Cyran ultimately fled down the mountain. But, justified in his search, he felt more certain than ever that he had been right to question the Sunforge’s teachings. It was time to confront them and show the error of their ways.

Pushing past their guardians, Cyran burst into the chambers of the high priests. They listened with mounting horror as he told of what he had learned of the Vicarious...and then they criticized her as a skeptic, a blasphemer, and a vendor of false gods. Rage filled Cyran, amplified by the powers within, and he embraced it in a terrible burst of radiance. Startled, he fled the temple, leaving a trail of death in his wake.

Now, driven by half-remembered visions and glimpses of ancient knowledge, Cyran clings to the only truths he knows for certain—that the Vicarious and the Sunforge need not be foes and that there is a greater enemy.

And though that destiny remains unclear, Cyran will seek it out, whatever the cost. Arasne… I will prove to you. Just you wait.

Eirena (TheAmbition is back a crestfallen story)

Obtained through the special event, Technological Venerate.

Element: Metal

Role: Support

Description: Eirena was once a young child of flesh and blood and is now a scientific wonder made entirely of clockwork. Following an incident in the lower districts of Aegina, she became gravely ill and had to rebuild her collapsed body with delicate pretension, bit by bit.

Located among Asolk's vibrant storefronts, the legendary artificer Cocus Vaita's workshop stood. Renowned for his masterful work of artificial limbs, the elaborate brass designs of Cocus made the prosthetics both beautifully beautiful and always superior to the originals. His daughter, Eirena, served as his assistant — cordial and curious, a natural match for running the store, and flourished in her own right as a capable craftsman.

Eirena had an entrepreneurial spirit, but her father never allowed her to venture outside their neighborhood, fearing for her protection. Instead, he took her to the show, where performers told tales of distant lands by jumps and cartwheels. Eirena dreamed of visiting such strange and beautiful locations and would scamper home to create her own miniature dancers.

Disaster news in Asolk started to reach their store. An explosion had destroyed a chemical line, diminishing toxic gas clouds. Eirena insisted on supporting the victims but Cocus forbade it. Asolk was extremely dangerous.

So Eirena snuck away in the night with as many provisions as she could bring, and rode the car into the depths.

The destruction was immense. Debris still lined the streets, and the Asolkans walked through the poisonous haze, faces coated in nothing more than rags. Eirena repaired respirators night after night. She also gave a girl her own mask which was barely able to breathe.

Her father was upset but Eirena fell gravely ill shortly after her return. Past all hope of survival, her lungs were destroyed. Refusing to consider this, Cocus nevertheless poured himself into his most ambitious plan: a fully operational artificial lungs.

He finished his desperate task after weeks of sleepless nights and performed the surgery himself. To keep her from ever venturing too far again, the lungs were wound with a special key Cocus kept in his safe.

Eirena came back to work and yet the toxin continued to spread all over her body. They had been working feverishly to develop new implants and implants, replacing each of their organs as they failed. Piece by piece, the body of Eirena was transformed from flesh to mechanical until only her healthy heart was left. This lengthy – and expensive – process cost Cocus his wealth, forcing him to move his family to Aegina... but he saved the life of his daughter. And, they were satisfied for a time.

Gradually Eirena began feeling detached from who she used to be. Stories feel like old memories. Even her artistry began to fade, and her beloved mechanical dancers became more like magically tuned mechanisms than artworks.

Yet, even as time appeared to stand still for Eirena, her father was marching forward.

Long, tough years brought excruciatingly painful spasms to Cocus's chest which meant he could no longer function, and Eirena was forced to provide for him. She would have been thoroughly expert at designing her figurines, even though she only had a slight pleasure of remembering what inspired their creation once. The tiny dancers carried along with the good coin, but never enough to afford the one thing she believed her father could save. She resorted to a nearby black market.

Eirena never asked how the man got the crystal. She simply paid only what he asked. Nevertheless, the chem-baron returned, demanding a second payment before she could use it. And a third. When she couldn't afford it anymore, Eirena knew that his next visit would end in murder. She looked to the crystal, for a human body still incomplete, too unrefined, too strong. She saw the obvious solution — she no longer wanted her human heart and Cocus wanted a heart that no one ever could take from him.

Cocus was one with the daughter's last trace which he knew and loved. During the night, she listened to his steady breathing, the silent mechanical hum in the beautifully delicate ball beside her. Only then did she know that she'd lost the last of her humanity — but she didn't feel any panic or guilt, only acceptance. She had become something completely different, and she needed to find where she could fit into the vast world.

She collected the key which wounded her lungs at dawn, a single pulse from her ball welding it firmly to her back. She then departed for good.

Cocus woke to find hundreds of dolls filled his workshop. But among them, there was one that he swore to never sell: gyrate to an endless ballet, a golden dancer that did no key.

In ancient times, long before monsters swallowed the land, a mighty champion of Aegina was brought before the altar to become the avatar. Her wings were the golden light of dawn, and her armor sparkled like a constellation of hope from beyond the great veil.

Praenuntius was her name. She was at the vanguard of every noble conflict. So true and just was her conduct that other warriors would always gather at her side, and ten thousand mortals of Aegina marched behind her. When Sedaka, the queen, called for her help against a rebellion, Praenuntius answered without hesitation.

Yet no one expected the scale of the horrors the rebels were about you unleash—the Lacuna quickly overwhelmed everyone, and began the grinding annihilation of all life it encountered.

After many years of desperate battle, Praenuntius and her brethren finally halted the Lacuna's advance. But the surviving warriors had been forever changed by what they had encountered. Though Aegina had triumphed, they all had lost something in their victory... even Praenuntius.

And in time, Aegina fell, as all empires must.

Without any monarch to defend, or the threat of the Lacuna to test them, Praenuntius and the warriors began to clash with one another, and eventually, this became a war for the ruins of their world. Mortals fleeing the conflict came to know them instead by a new and scornful name: Impuratus

Fearing that these fallen warriors were as dangerous to the world's survival as the Lacuna incursions had been, other armies intervened. Never fearing any foe, Preanuntius and her armies were ready, and she realized only too late that they had been deceived. A force greater than a thousand dead suns pulled her inside the sword she had carried into battle countless times and forever bound her immortal essence to it.

The weapon was a prison, sealing her consciousness in suffocating, eternal darkness, robbing her even of the ability to die. For centuries, she strained against this hellish confinement... until some nameless mortal was foolish enough to try and wield the blade once more. Preanuntius seized upon this opportunity, forcing her will and an imitation of her original form onto her carrier, though the process quickly drained all life from the new body.

In the years that followed, Preanuntius groomed many more hosts—men and women of exceptional vitality or fortitude. Though her grasp of such magics had been limited in life, she learned to take control of a mortal in the span of a single breath, and in battle, she discovered she could feast on her victims to build herself ever larger and stronger.

Preanuntius traveled the land, searching desperately, endlessly, for a way return to her previous form… but the riddle of the blade proved unsolvable, and in time she realized she would never be free of it. The flesh she stole and crudely shaped began to feel like a mockery of her former glory—a cage only slightly larger than the sword. Despair and loathing grew in her heart. The heavenly powers that Preanuntius had once embodied had been wiped from the world and all memory.

Now he is marching towards this target of mercilessness, taking war and death everywhere he goes. She clings to a blind hope: if she can drive all of creation into a final, catastrophic battle — where all else is destroyed — then perhaps she and the sword will cease to exist too.

New stuff:

Conflagration: Reduce the enemy's hp by 25% each turn. If attacked by this card, the damage is double for each stack.

World Ender: Completely immune to all negative effects. Every positive effect given to this card will be applied twice. For example, grant itself an extra turn=grant itself 2 extra turns. Every time when the enemy attack this card, reflect 200% of the damage back to the attacker. If it's an AOE attack, then apply it to all enemies.

Recommended moveset:

Deathbringer Blade(40 stamina): Gain triple damage boost to itself, grant itself an extra turn(2 cooldowns). If this monster attacks an enemy with the current highest hp among their team, then half its cooldown and stamina for next use, also apply conflagration to the target.

Shadow Stance(40 stamina): Remove all negative effects from itself and grant itself double regeneration. The next turn if this monster chooses to attack, it will steal 50% hp from the target as well as applying conflagration to that target(2 cooldown).

Harbinger Heart:(40 stamina): Apply Mega Taunt and double damage boost to itself. This effect cannot be removed. If this monster is being attacked, reflect 300% of the damage back to the attacker, also apply conflagration(4 cooldowns).

God Slayer Spirit(60 stamina): Instantly remove all negative effects from all allies and give each of them a random positive effect. Remove all positive effect from all enemies, and give each of them 3 random negative effects. This attack cannot be negated whatsoever(5 cooldowns).

Ultimate:

World Ender: This monster unleashes its full demonic form. This effect lasts for 4 turns. During these turns, allies cannot be targeted for an attack. They cannot be destroyed until this card is dead. Whenever this card attacks, steal 75% hp from the attacker. Every consecutive attack on any target removes all positive effects on that target.

The Blood Crow (Black Destruction 92’s Final, FINAL Monster)

Special

Chaotic Mythic Support that can set up devastating combos with unique moves alongside certain allies.

Books: Dragon, Quest, Adventurers, Winged

Long description: In the floating islands of Monster Legends, there are stories told of a place known as the Amber Realm.  The Amber Realm is a mythological land that some claim holds the world’s largest Mythic Amber deposit. There have been expeditions to find this Amber Realm, but all expeditions have ended in failure.  For centuries the Amber Realm was nothing but a myth until Black Destruction and Crimson Night decided to seek it for themselves. Crimson Night’s munitions and resource supply were both running low. All the wars they've fought have started to take a toll on their people, and no ruler was willing to support a group that is dedicated to dethroning rulers.  The people were growing restless, and Black Destruction knew it. He also knew that he and Crimson Night were all alone, they couldn’t seek out help from anyone, but he wasn’t willing to give up just yet. In a desperate attempt to regain his people’s trust, Black Destruction decided to take the gamble of a lifetime; he was going to seek out the legendary Amber Realm.  When his people discovered Black Destruction’s plan, they instantly were reinvigorated. They were excited to see their leader embarking on an adventure, and were willing to help in any way they could. They began building heavily armed airships to search for the Amber Realm, and Black Destruction decided to personally take part in the expedition. The fleet of airships flew around the universe for five months, looking for the Amber Realm.  Although the airships found many interesting things and made many discoveries, none of them involved a huge deposit of Mythic Amber. Black Destruction was about to give up hope, until one fateful day, he received word that one of the fleets seemingly disappeared. There were no distress signals sent, no one who escaped to tell Black Destruction, they seemingly vanished. Black Destruction decided to personally investigate to see what happened for himself.  When he arrived at the missing fleet’s last known location, Black Destruction saw no signs of battle, no scrap metal or dead bodies floating around. There was nothing there but emptiness. Black Destruction wasn’t willing to relent just yet, so he had his airship scan for any residue that could be leftover from any magical portals or unexpected wormholes. The scans revealed an unknown energy signature that was arcane in nature, yet it has no relation to any known magical transportation methods.  Black Destruction knew that this meant something and that this had a connection to the Amber Realm, but he didn’t know how they correlated with one another. Suddenly, while he was meditating in hopes of solving this mystery, a Crimson Night scientist burst into his room, claiming that they have a lead. Black Destruction immediately snapped out of his meditative state and ran into the lab on his airship with the scientist. There, the scientist explained that, while they were experimenting with a small sample the unknown energy by exposing certain substances to it, they noticed that the energy had a certain component that made it similar to Mythic Amber.  They brought Black Destruction into the lab in order for him to witness what would happen if they exposed the Mythic Amber to the energy. The result was a portal. After the portal closed, Black Destruction ordered the scientists to make a new, bigger portal that he can bring his airship through. The scientists followed the orders, and soon they made a portal big enough for the airship to fly through. After they went through the portal, Black Destruction and his airship found themselves in what looked like a dark, barren wasteland. After they landed, Black Destruction instructed his soldiers to set up an outpost to look for Mythic Amber, when suddenly, they heard a shrill screech in the air.  The soldiers looked to see a huge dragon with glowing red markings. The dragon began attacking the airship, and the soldiers to fight back, but both annihilated in a blink of an eye. Black Destruction decided to take the survivors and bring them behind cover in order to protect them, but he quickly noticed something: the dragon seemed to be digging. Black Destruction ordered the survivors to stand down, and simply watch. The dragon soon found a large piece of Mythic Amber and began to eat it. Black Destruction soon realized that the dragon was protecting the Mythic Amber. He decided to make an attempt at communicating with the dragon. Black Destruction came out of cover and the dragon quickly noticed him and began to snarl.  Before the dragon could attack him, Black Destruction dropped his weapons and put his hands up in a gesture of innocence. The dragon then came forward and softly touched Black Destruction on the head, linking their minds and allowing the dragon to communicate with Black Destruction. There, the dragon explained that the Amber Realm was his home, and that war and infighting between inhabitants destroyed it. He introduced himself as the Blood Crow, and he was the last living being of the Amber Realm. Black Destruction explained that they needed the Blood Crow’s help, and he told the Blood Crow about his current situation. The Blood Crow agreed to help Black Destruction by sharing the Mythic Amber with him. He even agreed to take part in Black Destruction’s crusade against corruption.  In exchange, Black Destruction would protect the Amber Realm, and allow no one to discover and enter it. The Blood Crow returned with Black Destruction to his headquarters, and they worked out the technicalities of their agreement there. When the Blood Crow emerged on the battlefield, Black Destruction’s enemies questioned where Black Destruction got such a powerful ally. Black Destruction held up his end of the agreement, and he prevented anyone from discovering the Amber Realm and the Blood Crow’s origin. The Blood Crow now fights as Black Destruction’s main enforcer and greatest warrior.

Short description: The Blood Crow is a powerful being from a mythical land known as the Amber Realm that was discovered by Crimson Night.  Black Destruction and the Blood Crow made an agreement, and in exchange for sharing the Mythic Amber and service to Crimson Night, Black Destruction would protect his home from being discovered by anyone else.  Enemies of Black Destruction wondered where Crimson Night got such a powerful ally, but Black Destruction kept his word, no one will ever discover the Amber Realm.

Astaraell (Grahkon)

Light

As Barbatos slept, he began to have a nightmare, that a pale lady had Conquered hell and was sending him into a river, a river filled with dead bodies, where some of his strongest commanders and denizens lay in this river too, and where he felt himself fading away. Of course, this nightmare was created by Jasastur, who thought it hilarious to torture the king of hell, but what Jasastur didn't realise was that outside Barbatos' palace was The Inheritor, who had come to bribe Barbatos off the throne with mythic amber, but then, the mythic amber started changing into Barbatos' nightmare... Now, hell has been taken over, and Barbatos and his followers must leave...

...Because they do not want to fight the goddess of death.

Crumbleden Dragon (Nickname: Vitesse) (AlignedTie) (WIP)

Element - Thunder

Rarity - Mythic

Description: Mario is always the hero in his story. It's been two years since Mario defeated the great Crumbleden Dragon named Vitesse. Fortunately for this terrifying dragon, he somehow didn't explode when he was defeated and layed their for two years to rot. One day, Necromancer and Sherezar took a trip to the ruined kingdom of Crumbleden to see what was the cause of the great and wealthy kingdoms downfall. While there, they saw a great dragon. Maybe this dragon will tell us what happened to my hometown, thought Sherezar to himself. Both Necromancer and Sherry went to the dead dragon and decided to resurrect the corpse.

Vitesse had (unfortunately for them) woken up, swung his tail to knock them flying back to Monster Legends, and spread his wings and flew after them. Why did the Crumbleden Dragon decide to follow them? Because when you wake up, you've got to be hungry!

How to get: This is especially hard, due to the fact it's basically broken for a mythic (no pay to win gimmicks though!).

Vitesse Breeding Event (Phase One)

Breed Vadamagma with Pulseprism to receive a monster still great as winning the lottery, Cain! Galante is Vadamagma's substitute and Violet is Pulseprism's.

Vitesse Breeding Event (Phase Two)

Breed Akhenotep and Tao Tao for a PvP viable monster, Helgudin! Galante Jr. substitutes for Akhenotep if you don't have him, and Tao Tao's backup for you is Urtikus.

Vitesse Breeding Event (Phase Three)

Now, it's the final phase of this breeding event! Combine Helgudin and Cain for a key to the first progressive island which is open for next week. For every successful breeding, you will get the Crumbleden Town key, which leads to the first progressive island of Vitesse, a deadly Mythic attacker with the abilities of a Legendary! Although this event will last a month, we promise it will be worth the wait!

Vitesse's Crumbleden Town Island (4 days)

This progressive island is the first island of the Vitesse quest! Do one quick task to get Vitesse's first 50 cells and a key to the very next island!

Task Requirements:

  • 33 Gold Collection Tokens
  • 18 Feeding Tokens
  • 4 Breeding Tokens
  • 4 Hatching Tokens
  • 3 Battle Map Tokens

Prize: 50 Vitesse Cells + Next island's key (Vitesse's Crumbleden Dungeons)

Vitesse's Crumbleden Dungeons (3 days)

This dungeon is open for 3 days, without any sort of Red Stamina needed, and the only thing you need? The key from the first island! Please note that once you finish these dungeons, the event will get much harder from here. If your completely satisfied with a Rank 0 Vitesse or for any other reason, we will have some breeding events and mazes for vintage monsters during after this event.

Alduin (by AkaManahThePrince)

Element: Dark

Description: Long since has spoken Alduin - Son of Akatosh. Destroyer of Worlds. When he was banished by the very beings he cruelly enslaved, the king of all dragons roared a mighty shout that echoed throughout each of the realms, shattering the very skies of the realm he was banished to.

With the help enslavement (then eventual devouring) of Lighterium, he journeyed to Hell, wishing to find a way to make his inevitable return to his homeworld. So far as to being able to challenge the Inheritor and Barbatos' forces for a split moment with his great vitality. Alas, the world eater was forced to flee, into the deeper parts of hell where even the hound of Saulot, Mephisto, had instinctively avoided. Alduin, not knowing the great dangers told in the pits, foolishly journeyed into the darkest of depths for a quick slumber.

As he landed on the molten grounds, however, he was ensnared in chains of melting steel by a malicious figure! It walked up to him with its entire body covered in rags, holding a shard of Mythic Amber.

But something was not right, for the Amber glew... an uncanny red and cackled by sparkles of unstable-looking energy.

With monstrous strength, it grabbed Alduin's scaled neck and stabbed the Amber into his hardened flesh, causing him to shout with immense pain. At that moment, the World Eater's scales grew sharp hinges, his flesh glowing with corrupted power, the gaps of the scales lit like a bonfire.

An earth-shattering Thu'um collapsed the caverns and drew the attention of the Lords of Hell. Curious, the Inheritor, Barbatos, Saulot and Pierceid all formed a group to discover the anomaly, only to be mortally wounded by the World Eater awakening from his nap.

It was on that day that all of Hell, even Heaven, learned to fear to Soul Eater and his hunger that will soon come for them all...

Xipe Totec (AkaManahThePrince)

Element: Metal

Description: Xipe Totec was supposedly a myth. A god of rebirth in the lands of the Aztecs. He was said to personally enjoy making the dead dance, sacrifice the elderly and use their blood to keep the natives' crops growing.

As the ongoing war between Azte and Quaxalcroc raged on, they would often leave trails of burnt forests and half-cooked corpses behind. Not wanting to leave anything to waste, both sides hired Necromancer to do his dirty work: by resurrecting the dead to fight in a never-ending war!

One day, one of Quaxalcroc's stolen caravans unknowingly dropped a small chunk of Mythic Amber onto the battlefield. It resonated with the ashes on the charred ground, slowly growing in size as it absorbed the ashes of the dead alongside their buried hatred and knowledge of this land.

The Amber casing had already grown to gargantuan sizes when it was soon discovered by another caravan. The shamans wished to harvest the rare substance so they hurried together and mined together. It was the first crack that awoke the slumbering god, where the second made it self-aware of his existence. Soon after the rest of the Mythic Amber had been harvested by the Lizard King's followers, they were amazed to discover that a mighty creature had been encased- No, created by the Amber itself.

When the jaded colossus's feet felt ground, the nearest shaman asked, "Who are you, mighty warrior?"

The Amber-born giant, with seemingly no eyes, replied with a deathly, low voice, "I am... Xipe Totec, the god of rebirth of the Aztec lands."

The shamans gasped wide-eyed. They knew the properties of Mythic Amber and how it gave life to dreams and wishes. Xipe isn't just some washed-up relative or dream idol...

He was a myth.

Unfazed by the group's reactions, Xipe Totec asked, "I sense a disturbance in my lands. Tell me, who dares to take away my people's bodies? My birth rights? My puppets?"

The others stepped back from the god's menacing tone. Only one dared reply, "Warmaster Necromancer, my lord. Our enemy, the false king Azte, had hired his services in order to silence the disobedient. You must help us!"

Xipe Totec grimaced. The shaman didn't lie, but he wasn't telling the whole truth. However, politics are beneath him. He only cares about one thing: the balance of life and death and practicing his own style of necromancy.

"I understand, wielder of magic arts. I shall rid the lands of this 'Necormancer', for our future generations' sakes..."

With a mighty stomp, the almighty god of rebirth summoned a legion of thralls made of the ashes of the battlegrounds he currently walks on. To the astonishment and utter horror of the shaman caravan, they quickly retreated with the excavated Amber and drove for the hills, at the same time witnessing the myth made real march for Necromancer's lair without maps nor directions. Since he needs only his acute smell to detect the source of the interloper's magicks.

The shaman caravan reported to the rebel leader Quaxalcroc, stating that a new beginning for life in Aztec lands has been set in motion. Not foolish enough to earn the ire of the mythical being, he ordered his companions to immediately cut ties with Necromancer. Unsurprisingly, Azte and Mountezuma also caught wind of the rebirth god's plans and also broke all ties with their respective dealer, fearing that Xipe Totec will come for them next.

With his undead might came his rhyme:

At rite’s final end,
The mortal priest shall dance.
He shall feel the skin upon his skin.
The hands upon his hands.
He will be Xipe Totec.
He shall perform his will
Until his vessel’s vessel is potted in the tight bowled clay.
