Scarr is an outlaw. He's spent his entire life alone, but he doesn't need anyone else. It is a known fact in the monster universe that Scarr can defeat whole armies on his own. All he needs is his axe.

Role: Attacker

Overview

At first, Scarr the Outcast seems to be a decent choice for an Attacker, boasting great Power and Speed, a very desirable trait, good relic slots, and a move that gives himself Stamina Regeneration, Double Damage, and Precision in the same move! However, his high cooldowns, Life, and lack of negative effects bring him down severely. Overall, a good Attacker for new players.

Pros:

  • Decent power and speed
  • Great trait
  • Self Double Damage + Precision + Stamina Regeneration skill
  • AoE 2 random negative status effects
  • 2 decent spammable moves

Cons:

  • Only guaranteed negative effect is Bleed
  • High cooldowns
  • Low life
  • Odd relic slots for an attacker

Recommended Moveset

  • Amplified Power (Self Double Damage + Precision + Stamina Regeneration, 28s, 3 CD)
  • Vagrant Ownage (AoE 45 Magic dmg, 33s, 3 CD)
  • Witchcraft Area (AoE 25 Magic dmg + 2 Random Negative Effects, 33s, 3 CD)
  • Outcast Charge / Exile Bleed (Charge for 60 Special dmg + Bleed, 30s, 3 CD) / (Exile for 45 Special dmg + Bleed, 30s, 0 CD)

Recommended Runes: 3 Strength; 2 Strength, 1 Speed/Team Speed

Counters

  • Nature Attackers, like Prince Charmless and Gurlik can easily smash this bug.
  • Trait Disablers can easily remove his trait, allowing any denier take care with him.
  • He has a lot of high CD costs, so CDA Deniers like Lamia, Timerion and Pierceid can put this outlaw in jail.
