Monster Legends Competitive Wiki

Evil robots usually work for human villains, but this one is his own boss. He's the real, the authentic, the ultimate robot supervillain!

Role: Attacker

Overview

Ultrabot is yet ANOTHER Marvel ripoff. When he was released, he was REALLY, REALLY BROKEN. He could use his high-damaging attacks to demolish everything in his way. He was so broken that he was put into SS rank. Yes, SS tier. However, time has gone on, and he's dropped a lot. Nowadays, there's not much going for Ultrabot, honestly. He has access to Stun as an attacker, and still has pretty high damaging moves. In addition, he can apply Metal Weakness to increase his damage output. However, there's nothing else going for him. There's a reason why he's included in breeding combos, and that's so that he actually has a use outside Silver II. Firstly, seeing as he was released during the beginning of the game, his stats have aged terribly. He'll deal a pathetic amount of damage due to his terrible Power stat, and won't be able to live long in actually somewhat competitive PvP due to his Health and Speed. His high cooldowns and stamina costs, combined with his abmysal Trait, mean that any good Denier can easily render him useless. CDA, Stamina Draining, Controls..it doesn't really matter. His Relic slots, in addition, are terrible. Staff is more suited for a Denier or Curser, and Trap pairs horribly with his outdated Life stat. Overall, Ultrabot is a beginner-designed Attacker that won't be able to do much in high-tier PvP. His many flaws prevent him from ever seeing the SS tier ever again, unless $P pulls a Hayman and buffs him up, which is unlikely.

Pros:

  • Has access to Stun as an attacker
  • Decent damaging skills along with Metal Weakness to boost damage

Cons:

  • Outdated stats
  • Moderate stamina costs
  • Bad trait
  • Completly useless relics
  • Bland movepool
  • High cooldowns
  • Easily denied
  • Terribly outclassed by other Attackers

Recommended Moveset

Mirak but 10000 times worse

  • Laser Rain / Laser Execution (Rain for AoE 35 Special dmg + Daze, 33s, 3 CD) / (Execution for AoE 45 Special dmg, 33s, 3 CD)
  • Self-Immolation (50 Special dmg + Stun, 29s, 4 CD)
  • Proton Slashes (50 Metal dmg + Metal Weakness, 31s, 3 CD)
  • Pure Energy Blades (55 Metal dmg + Self-Precision, 30s, 2 CD)

Seeing as Ultrabot is an Attacker, you want him to move fast and hit like a truck. Thus, a combo of Strength and Speed runes are the best way to go. Laser Rain can apply Daze, but with a lower damage output. If you don't care much for Daze, use Laser Execution, which deals more damage but sacrifices Daze. In addition, both of those AoE moves have the same Stamina and Cooldown cost. Self-Immolation is your Stun move. However, it has a 4-turn cooldown, so don't expect to use it for a long time. Proton Slashes applies Metal Weakness, which you are SUPPOSED to follow up with Pure Energy Blades. With the Metal Weakness, Pure Energy Blades can deal 82.5 Metal damage to one enemy. Light monsters will easily die if you use this deadly combo, as thanks to the new Elemental changes, it'll deal an outstanding 206 damage to one enemy. However, this movepool suffers from high stamina costs and cooldowns. In addition, it's very bland, so replace Ultrabot with literally any other attacker that's not a Legendary and is in C-F tier. Hell, even Dream could do a better job.

Recommended Runes: 3 Strength; 1 Strength, 2 Speed/Team Speed

Counters

  • Due to his high cooldowns, stamina costs, and terrible trait, monsters like Timerion can render him useless through multiple Control methods.
  • Magic Attackers like General Shannara will deal damage like machetes. It doesn't even have to be a Magic Attacker, as he is much more fragile than he looks.
  • Tanks like Cryotan or Ouros can absorb his terrible damage output.
