I need a opinion from a professional

My current team is sunblast with 3 speed ,draghar with 2 speed and 1 strength and  unspeakable 2 strength 1 life. Should i use my draghar as a team speed holder for my sunblast so 3 teamspeed or 2 teamspeed 1 strength/speed.
